| Jonathan's Landing has a wide variety of rentals, from spacious condos to sprawling estate homes. Prices vary based on the size of the condo or home, the property's view, and whether or not the property is offered with a membership. Rental prices start at approximately $3,500 per month for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a garden view. The same condo with a golf course view would be approximately $4500 per month, and $5000 per month for a water view. Prices also vary based on the furnishings and whether or not the condo has a den. Offered with a full golf membership the same a condo would be $7500 to $8500 per month, again, with prices varying based on the view, furnishings and layout. Single family homes range from approximately $5000 to $15,000 per month, with prices varying based on size, views, furnishings and membership offered. If a tenant wants golf, tennis or social membership privileges at Jonathan's Landing Golf Club during their lease term they must rent a property where the property owner has a membership that can be transferred to the tenant (except for the above limited-time offering). Jonathan's Landing Golf Club charges the tenant a transfer fee -- $650 plus tax for a golf membership, for instance - and greens fees and cart fees each time the tenant plays golf. In addition, some JL villages require that the tenant make application to the village association and pay an application fee, typically $50 to $100. The tenant is typically responsible for long distance charges and electric costs. Cable TV and local phone service is typically included. A security deposit for damages is also collected.
