| Jonathan's Landing has a wide variety of rentals, from spacious condos to sprawling estate homes. Prices vary based on the size of the condo or home, the property's view, and whether or not the property is offered with a membership. Rental prices start at approximately $3,500 per month for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a garden view. The same condo with a golf course view would be approximately $4500 per month, and $5000 per month for a water view. Prices also vary based on the furnishings and whether or not the condo has a den. Offered with a full golf membership the same a condo would be $7500 to $8500 per month, again, with prices varying based on the view, furnishings and layout. Single family homes range from approximately $5000 to $15,000 per month, with prices varying based on size, views, furnishings and membership offered. If a tenant wants golf, tennis or social membership privileges at Jonathan's Landing Golf Club during their lease term they must rent a property where the property owner has a membership that can be transferred to the tenant (except for the above limited-time offering). Jonathan's Landing Golf Club charges the tenant a transfer fee -- $650 plus tax for a golf membership, for instance - and greens fees and cart fees each time the tenant plays golf. In addition, some JL villages require that the tenant make application to the village association and pay an application fee, typically $50 to $100. The tenant is typically responsible for long distance charges and electric costs. Cable TV and local phone service is typically included. A security deposit for damages is also collected. 2010 Renter Program
Cost of Renter Program
• Renters may participate for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 4 consecutive months.
• A maximum of 1 rental program per family
Renter Golf Club Conditions
• Renters are subject to all rules and regulations of Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club
• Current or former members of the JL Golf Club are not eligible.
• Membership includes the applicant, spouse and children under the age of 25 years, unmarried and living at home.
• A copy of the rental agreement must be supplied to the club no later than 30 days prior to the rental commencement.
• The Renter may not be a resident of Palm Beach County
Privileges of Renters (same / no changes)
• Golf with cart fees, tennis, dining, special events at the Golf Club
• Tee Times for golf are available 2 days in advance
• Guests of Renters must be accompanied by the Renter. Guests pay full guest fees and cart fees. Guests are on
availability.
• Renters may participate in the WGA or MGA with the payment of association fees, however, may be excluded from
participation in some member tournaments including but not limited to the WGA and MGA Championships and other
Equity Member tournaments, but will be eligible for “play days”, Guys and Dolls and Twilight Golf with the payment of
appropriate fees (subject to availability).
• Renters are eligible for Team Tennis, based on availability and time frame
• Fitness Center privileges
• 20% service charge added to all purchases of food and beverage in dining venues of Golf Club
Conditions
• Applicant is subject to a credit history check and approval by the Board of Directors and management of the club.
• Applicant must complete a membership application and have 3 written letters of reference and sponsorship.
• The first month is required with the Renter Membership application pending approval.
• On approval, the Rental Membership must be paid in full by personal, business check or cashier check
• Renters who are approved will receive a member account number.
• Renters are not eligible for other club reciprocity privileges.
*Special Note: Other restrictions may be added or those listed changed at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and
Club Management. In addition, the Club and its management reserve the right to discontinue, change or limit this program.
